Yelp is searching for a Global Mobility Coordinator to join our dynamic Total Rewards team. The Global Mobility Coordinator reports to the Manager of Global Mobility. Our Global Mobility team here at Yelp is focused on creating and supporting global policies and processes that maximize the flexibility of our talent and meets business needs, all while ensuring compliance with global tax and immigration legislation.
In this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day administrative duties related to global mobility and immigration matters. You will work closely with our global mobility specialists and regularly collaborate with internal stakeholders including our legal team, business leaders, and the broader people operations team. You will directly support and engage with Yelp’s employees across Europe and North America.

This is a full-time position located in Mexico.
What You'll Do
You will follow prescribed procedures and processes to support immigration related tasks such as case initiations, required postings, and more.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for the Global Mobility team’s ticketing system, reviewing and assigning action items to the appropriate point of contact
You will monitor and triage Global Mobility calls and voicemails to ensure appropriate support
You will support with domestic relocations
You will assist with the administration of Right to Work checks, where possible
You will assist with file management between Google Drive, Workday, and internal organization systems
You will provide recommendations and update SOPs, WIKI pages, and other employee-facing documentation as required
You will assist with preparing bi-annual reports and analyses on relocation and immigration activities and cost.
You will support with formulated letters for employee travel in In Real Life events as well as other immigration related letters
You will assist with updating visa information in Workday
You will assist with terminations and the related global mobility actions that must be taken to remain compliant
You will assist with PEO administration include onboarding, management and termination actions
What It Takes To Succeed
You have experience in Human Resources/People Operations
1-3 years of experience supporting a global mobility team or in the immigration space
Fluent in English (verbal and written)
Experience with Jira or other service management ticketing systems is a plus.
Knowledge of paperwork and filing of nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions is preferred
Strong attention to detail when completing all tasks
Excellent self-management and organizational skills; you are dependable
Excellent customer service, tracking, and follow up skills and ability to show empathy and desire to help employees.
A team player that can adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
Ability to work with other departments within the company to improve process and policy
You take initiative to seek internal and external resources when problem-solving, leveraging tools created by the team
