Overview:
About the Role
The Health Services Leader would be responsible for building a new line of business (LOB) which has already demonstrated high YoY growth. You will serve as the key executive that manages the line of business across the following key initiatives.
Maintain our existing LOB business: With the day-to-day support from our Client and Health Services teams you will serve as the overall executive sponsor responsible for key metrics not limited to: engagement metrics, client satisfaction, and retention.
Grow LOB business: You will also be responsible for the annual growth targets of this LOB. The Health Services Sales team will drive the overall sales process with support from you and other Hinge Health executives as needed.
Strategic vision & execution: With support of our R&D, leadership, and other teams you will help chart the strategic vision of our LOB business with the ultimate goal of achieving product/market fit and market leadership.
Operational Excellence & Compliance: Partner with our operations, legal, and compliance teams to ensure we maintain a high standard our entire book of business.
This role reports to the SVP of Health Services and collaborates closely across the entire commercial, R&D, and clinical leadership teams.
What You'll Accomplish
Build & manage a new LOB that has already demonstrated strong commercial, clinical, and financial outcomes
Chart a strategic vision with the support of clinical, product, and leadership across our entire LOB book of business
Serve as a thought leader in the space, representing Hinge Health at key conferences & events
Serve as an executive sponsor across all strategic clients and partners
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare administration, or related field
5+ years of healthcare industry experience in commercially-oriented roles.
Experience delivering presentations
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare administration, or related field
10+ years of healthcare industry experience in commercially-oriented roles.
Experience working closely with a sales and product organization to achieve commercial goals
Experience owning a P&L for a digital health solution
Compensation
This position will have an annual salary, variable incentive, equity and benefits. Please note the annual salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. The annual salary range for this position is $180,000 - $270,000.
