About The Role:

Panasonic Well is seeking a strategic and hands-on IT & Facilities Lead to oversee IT services, office facilities, and daily workplace operations. In this role, you’ll ensure employees have the technology, tools, and workspace they need to thrive. You’ll work cross-functionally to optimize IT systems, enhance workplace efficiency, and support a seamless employee experience.

What You’ll Get To Do:

  • Lead the IT and Services organization, process and technologies.
  • Supervise facilities and office services staff, maintaining a well-functioning workplace.
  • Mentor junior team members and share knowledge with the larger organization.
  • Manage IT infrastructure and helpdesk support to ensure smooth operations. 
  • Configure and support Enterprise Network environment. 
  • Manage windows workstation rollout while supporting existing apple workstation configurations.
  • Administer identity management solutions such as Okta. 
  • Automate deployment and management of cloud resources and applications.
  • Responsible for license management/reclamation for software and hardware asset management oversight.
  • Drive continuous improvement of IT, Helpdesk and Facilities services.
  • Mature the organization and functions from present reactive mode to a proactive services model
  • Establish and manage operational metrics during continuous improvement through automation, measurement and application of best practices.
  • Oversee IT onboarding/offboarding, device provisioning, and vendor relationships. 
  • Develop and implement IT policies, security protocols, and best practices. 
  • Maintain a safe, efficient, and well-functioning office environment. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including those in Japan, to drive technology process improvements.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT management, facilities operations, or a related field. 
  • Strong technical expertise in IT infrastructure, security, and support services. 
  • Experience managing office facilities, vendor relationships, and workplace operations. 
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on service and efficiency. 
  • Ability to balance hands-on technical work with strategic planning. 
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across teams. 
  • Experience in a high-growth or fast-paced environment is a plus.

Fully remote (Work From Home) employment may be available for select positions. For this position, you may be required to work in the office more than two days a week, depending on business needs.

Grade level and salary ranges are determined primarily through the scope and complexity of the role along with a review of the applicant’s experience and skills, as well as alignment with geographic market data and equity with other team members.
