Our current need is for a Senior-Staff QA Automation Engineer to join our US team for a 4 - month contract with the possibility of extension. This role will allow you to work directly with our client, where you will get hands-on experience working with new projects and teams.
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join our team and play a key role in Identity & Access Governance (IAG) projects for one of our top clients. This is a high-impact role requiring deep expertise in JavaScript, WebdriverIO, and front-end load testing. The ideal candidate will develop and execute scalable automated testing strategies to ensure the security, compliance, and efficiency of our ICS | Enterprise Information Management systems.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain automated test frameworks using WebdriverIO for web applications related to Identity & Access Governance (IAG).
Design, implement, and execute load tests to ensure optimal performance and scalability of front-end systems.
Conduct in-depth code reviews to identify unique test cases and improve test coverage.
Collaborate with development teams to integrate automated testing into ICS enterprise applications, ensuring compliance with security and identity governance best practices.
Debug and troubleshoot issues within the authentication, authorization, and access control systems.
Work closely with security teams to validate identity management workflows, role-based access control (RBAC), and privileged access management (PAM) functionalities.
Ensure regulatory compliance by implementing robust test automation for enterprise information management and identity governance solutions.
Optimize CI/CD pipelines to automate regression and performance testing in the ICS and enterprise information security environments.
Communicate test results, risks, and recommendations to technical and business stakeholders effectively.
Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in test automation, focusing on JavaScript-based test frameworks.
Expert-level proficiency in WebdriverIO with experience designing scalable test automation solutions.
Hands-on experience developing load tests for front-end applications using tools like k6, JMeter, or similar.
Experience testing identity workflows, including authentication, authorization, and user provisioning/deprovisioning.
Proven ability to review code and define test strategies for enterprise security applications.
Excellent communication skills with experience working in highly regulated environments.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into enterprise deployments.
Strong debugging skills with an ability to diagnose test failures within security-driven applications.
Compensation The compensation for this position is $10,500-$11,500 per month as a contractor, depending on skills and experience.
