What you'll do
Source, screen, and review resumes to identify top talent
Reach out to potential candidates and build relationships
Support Senior Recruiters and Account Managers throughout the hiring process
Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates
Assist with various recruiting lifecycle tasks, including candidate submissions, managing ATS and databases, responding to candidates on job platforms, and posting job openings
Provide regular performance updates and sourcing activity reports to management
What we're looking for
At least 1 year of experience in a sourcing or recruiting role
Knowledge of various sourcing techniques and strategies
EducationBachelor’s degree
Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms
Experience in an agency or startup environment (Bonus)
Experience sourcing for IT positions (Bonus)
