Location: Remote role, preference for local candidates in the DFW area. Fully remote national candidates are also welcome to apply.

Scope of the Position:
The Academic Lectures Program Coordinator reports to the Manager of Adult Programs supporting the logistical execution of the DMA’s Special Purpose Lectures. This suite of lectures includes the Boshell Family Lecture Series on Archaeology, the Richard R. Brettell Lecture Series, Bromberg Lectures, Rosenberg Lectures, and select other endowed lecture series. The Academic Lectures Program Coordinator is responsible for managing logistics for lectures (including travel, hotel accommodations, transportation, and hospitality), producing schedules and detailed itineraries to ensure logistical aspects of each lecture are on track. The Academic Lectures Program Coordinator is part of a dynamic educational team that is engaged in many facets of events, exhibitions, performances, and community events.
Schedule:
The Academic Lecture Program Coordinator will be required to be available for virtual meetings associated with lectures and general correspondence during the agreed upon work schedule for this project, within regular DMA business hours with the expectation for some nights and weekend hours as events require.
