Job Summary: This position provides program management across all PRTH divisions, especially in support of Passport initiatives. A program is defined as a strategic initiative involving interaction with other internal or external systems or functions. This role ensures a standard methodology is used for key programs, monitors and actively drives the execution of projects, and delivers key project and program artifacts. The projects managed under this role will tend to cross over divisions within Priority and require significant planning, collaboration, and coordination.  This role owns the responsibility and accountability, along with business leadership, for the successful completion of on-time deliverables. This role simultaneously manages several programs and maintains program level metrics and dashboards.

Job Functions & Duties: 

• Collaborates with internal stakeholders to complete business cases.
• Aligns programs with Product roadmap.
• Planning and monitoring program execution.
• Project coordination and managing project interdependencies.
• Oversee and coordinate the deliverables of multiple work streams led by project managers or project leads in the organization.
• Responsible for cross team planning of user stories and completion criteria for development projects, as well as business readiness for delivery.
• Cross-project resource management.
• Identifying and addressing problems and risks.
• Program documentation.
• Stakeholder communications and problem-solving.
• Aligning or realigning deliverables with program outcomes.
• Report and provide regular communication with executive stakeholders.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum of 3 - 5 years of Project Management experience, including process improvement, customer relationship management, operations management, risk management, and customer value creation.
• 2-4 years Payments Industry Product, Program, or Project experience.
• Ability to build rapport with cross functional stakeholders.
• Ability to research, understand and apply best practices and concepts of any new industry.

Preferred Requirements:

• PMP certification.
• Proven experience managing large scope projects.
• Proven leadership and performance management ability in a high performing culture.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Compensation range: $120,000 - $145,000

• End of Year Discretionary Bonus

 Traditional Physical Requirements
