Responsibilities
  • Masterfully manage intricate calendars and scheduling across multiple business entities, ensuring optimal time management for our client
  • Spearhead and execute diverse projects, driving them to successful completion while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency
  • Take ownership of administrative tasks and lower-level responsibilities, proactively identifying and addressing business needs to keep operations running smoothly
  • Harness cutting-edge AI tools to revolutionize workflows, boosting productivity and uncovering new efficiencies across all business operations
  • Orchestrate and oversee multi-channel communications, including expert email management, to ensure clear and effective information flow
  • Play a pivotal role in organizing and executing business strategies across multiple ventures, contributing to their growth and success
  • Provide forward-thinking support by anticipating business needs, identifying opportunities, and proposing innovative solutions to drive business forward
Requirements
  • Proven track record as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting founders or C-level executives in fast-paced, multi-faceted business environments
  • Exceptional project management skills, demonstrated through a history of successfully completed projects and the ability to juggle multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Outstanding communication abilities, both written and verbal, with the capacity to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Suite, Notion, and Slack, with the ability to leverage these tools to maximize productivity and collaboration
  • Enthusiasm for and experience with AI tools, coupled with the ability to creatively apply them to optimize workflows and business processes
  • Sharp critical thinking skills and a proactive mindset, with a talent for identifying and solving problems before they escalate
  • Adaptability and resilience, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment where priorities can shift rapidly
  • Strong business acumen and the capacity to understand and contribute to the strategic growth of multiple business entities
