Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Houston, TX time
With 1 Hour unpaid break

Job Overview

The Attempt Specialist will be responsible for managing service of process attempts from initiation to completion. This role involves coordinating with process servers, tracking attempts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and communicating with clients regarding the status of their service requests. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced legal services environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Service Attempts: Assign service requests to process servers, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion.
  • Utilize Serve Manager & Email: Maintain accurate records, track attempts, and provide real-time updates to clients.
  • Quality Control: Review service attempts for compliance with legal requirements and company standards.
  • Client Communication: Respond to client inquiries, provide status updates, and address any concerns related to service attempts.
  • Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in the service process and suggest improvements to increase efficiency.
  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure all service attempts adhere to state and federal regulations regarding process serving.
  • Reporting: Generate and analyze reports to track success rates, identify trends, and ensure quality service delivery.
  • Coordination with Process Servers: Provide clear instructions, troubleshoot issues in the field, and ensure proper documentation is completed.


Requirements
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in legal support services, document management, or case management is a plus.
  • Familiarity with utilizing CRMs, like Sales Force or Netsuite is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
