We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive the development and optimization of our Acquisition products from concept to launch. The ideal candidate is outcome-focused, with a strong understanding of product lifecycle management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally to deliver exceptional products that meet market demands.

Job  Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive the development and optimization of our Acquisition products from concept to launch. The ideal candidate is outcome-focused, with a strong understanding of product lifecycle management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally to deliver exceptional products that meet market demands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Roadmap Execution: Refine and detail product requirements in alignment with the product roadmap and vision, driving execution to ensure that key features and improvements are delivered on time and within budget.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, and the line of business to ensure alignment, manage priorities and the product backlog; following Altus product management processes.

  • Customer Focus: Participate in user research and gather customer feedback exercises to drive product improvements, enhance user experience, and solve customer pain points.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Track analytics and KPIs to make data-driven recommendations that will enhance product outcomes.

  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor product performance, track user feedback, and iterate on features to drive continuous product enhancement.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in product management or a similar role.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize effectively.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Experience using product management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Trello).
