General Description:
The Sales Manager for Hematology at BeiGene México will be responsible for developing and implementing the national commercial strategy for the hematology product portfolio. This role will oversee the sales representatives' team across the country, strengthen relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and ensure sustainable business growth aligned with BeiGene’s vision and values.
Essential Functions:
Sales Strategy & Target Achievement
- Design and implement national sales strategies for the hematology portfolio.
- Define sales targets and monitor KPIs to ensure goal achievement.
- Identify growth and expansion opportunities within the Mexican market.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Market Access, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory Affairs to ensure effective strategy execution.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales representatives across all regions in Mexico.
- Provide field coaching to enhance the team’s performance.
- Evaluate results and implement action plans to optimize salesforce effectiveness.
Relationship Management with Clients & Stakeholders
- Develop and strengthen strategic relationships with hematologists, hospitals, healthcare centers, and distributors nationwide.
- Coordinate the implementation of marketing programs and scientific activities in collaboration with Marketing and Medical Affairs.
- Represent BeiGene at industry congresses and events in Mexico.
Market Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze market trends, competition, and industry evolution.
- Provide commercial performance reports and business forecasts to the management team.
- Contribute to pricing strategies, customer segmentation, and market access initiatives.
Compliance & Regulatory Adherence
- Ensure compliance with COFEPRIS regulations and BeiGene's internal policies.
- Uphold the highest ethical standards in all commercial activities.
Minimum Requirements – Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Biology, Chemistry, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years in pharmaceutical sales, with at least 3 years as Sales Manager in oncology and/or hematology.

Knowledge:
- The Mexican pharmaceutical market (hospital, private, and public sectors).
- Sales strategies for hematology products.
- COFEPRIS regulations and pharmaceutical compliance.
Skills:
- Leadership and management of high-performance teams at a national level.
- Strategic negotiation and key relationship development.
- Data analysis and decision-making based on metrics.
- Effective communication and results-oriented approach.
Supervisory Responsibilities: N/A
Travel: Availability to travel nationwide frequently.
