Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Regional Vice Presidents and support them in meeting and exceeding their individual goals
- Understand target market’s business needs and accurately articulate the nCino value proposition at the executive level
- Build and maintain key customer executive relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company's customer base
- Ensure team maintains day-to-day business process excellence by maintaining accurate forecasting and pipeline tracking, training and best practice development/sharing
- Develop and execute strategies to sell new nCino product offerings to new and existing customers
- Support team as they close large, complex business-to-business transactions
- Attract, hire and onboard top talent to continue supporting nCino’s continued growth
Qualifications
Required:
- 8+ years software sales experience in fast-paced, high-growth environment with demonstrated record of excellence
- 2+ years management experience or a combination experience, education & superior performance
- Demonstrated ability to challenge executive decision makers, build consensus with client executives, and sell to the C-suite
- Strong listening skills and impeccable verbal and written communication ability; able to demonstrate software solutions onsite with client or via virtual meetings
- History of success in collaborative work environment; demonstrable ability to partner with nCino team members from product, sales, professional services, support, finance and others as required to accomplish sales goals and customer success
- Ability to travel to client locations within the United States as required to accomplish and exceed goals

The pay range for this role is based on relative market data and alignment with our compensation philosophy. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum of the pay range for each job posting, which is used to determine new hire rates/salaries and takes into consideration multiple factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, abilities, proficiencies, experience, education, licensures/certifications, as well as business and organizational needs. nCino reserves the right to modify the posted range consistent with our internal practices and external market movement. The base salary range for this job is:
