The Vice President of Sales Excellence and Growth, EMEA will be a key driver in transforming nCino’s sales and partner ecosystem to foster sustainable gross bookings growth across the region. Reporting to the General Manager, EMEA, this leader will play a pivotal role in designing and executing strategies to enhance sales processes, optimize pipeline health, and strengthen collaboration with partners, sales, and marketing teams.

In this high-impact role, they will lead strategic initiatives to accelerate market penetration, expand nCino’s footprint, and position the company as the partner of choice for banking transformation. Success in this role requires strong leadership, innovative thinking, and cross-functional collaboration to drive scalable growth.


 

Essential Functions:

  • Develop and implement strategies to build and scale a high-performing growth engine across region to align with overall company strategy
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration between Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Demand Generation, and Partners to align efforts and achieve business objectives.
  • Oversee the analysis and enhancement of sales processes and methodologies to improve efficiency, optimize pipeline health, and maximize revenue.
  • Foster a high-performance, results-driven culture centered on accountability, measurable outcomes, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive strategic initiatives that expand nCino’s market presence in key and emerging regions, ensuring alignment with regional market needs.
  • Equip teams with best-in-class tools, training, and resources to position nCino as a trusted partner in financial services transformation.
  • Strengthen relationships with system integrators, global strategic partners, and technology providers to enhance nCino’s ecosystem and accelerate adoption.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and partners to ensure business alignment and long-term success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 14+ years of related professional experience including senior sales leadership, sales operations, or go-to-market experience, preferably in enterprise SaaS or FinTech and 5+ years leading teams and/or organizations
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and leading sales transformations in assigned markets.
  • Strong expertise in consultative and value-based selling.
  • Deep understanding of region’s financial services landscape.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Partners, to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Experience managing partner ecosystems, including GSIs, SIs, and Tech Partners, to drive pipeline and revenue.
  • A results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

The pay range for this role is based on relative market data and alignment with our compensation philosophy. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum of the pay range for each job posting, which is used to determine new hire rates/salaries and takes into consideration multiple factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, abilities, proficiencies, experience, education, licensures/certifications, as well as business and organizational needs. nCino reserves the right to modify the posted range consistent with our internal practices and external market movement. The recruiter for this job posting can share more compensation details during the recruitment process, as base salary is only one component of the total compensation package per position posted.

The base salary range for this job is:

£169,000.00 - £266,200.00
