Key responsibilities for this role include:

Research to include:

Peer reviews with a key focus on corporate sustainability.
External landscape analysis incl. sustainability related legal requirements.
Additional related subtopics.
Key sustainability ratings analysis and key sustainability survey population support.
Support on the review and update content and format for the Viatris internal Sustainability Academy.
Support on editorial content creation.
General administration activities related to sustainability project management.

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

Fluent in English.
Currently enrolled and/or recently graduated from a college or university.
Not required, but preference to a major in sustainability or related field.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to attend meetings during morning hours of EST to support Europe and India colleagues.
Ability to work independently.

The salary range for this position is: if pursuing Bachelor's degree = $20/hour, if pursuing Master's degree = $25/hour, if pursuing Doctorate degree = $30/hour.
