As a Senior Procurement Specialist on our Global Strategic Partnerships team, you'll work closely with senior leadership, apply your critical thinking and analytical skills to create innovative strategies, and become a trusted advisor to stakeholders worldwide. Accountabilities:

  • Drive Supplier Value: Manage strategic partnerships to consolidate supplier products and reduce service costs while enhancing value.
  • Cost Reduction Initiatives: Identify and implement corporate-wide cost-saving opportunities and strategies for supplier-related expenses.
  • High-Value Negotiations: Lead negotiations for significant global purchases, new contracts, and renewals for both internal and client-facing solutions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong visibility through proactive communication and collaboration with business user groups and suppliers.
  • Executive Communication: Deliver impactful presentations to Leadership and C-Suite executives with clarity and confidence.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct industry benchmarking and pricing analysis to recommend innovative cost-reduction programs.
  • Supplier Optimization: Identify and develop initiatives to improve supplier processes and operational efficiency.
  • Performance Reviews: Organize and lead business reviews with key suppliers to ensure alignment and performance.
  • Contract Expertise: Review, redline, and manage supplier contracts to safeguard company interests.
  • Innovation Strategy: Advocate for technology-driven transformation and innovation in procurement processes, strategies and supplier deals

Candidate Profile:
  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with 3–7 years of relevant experience in procurement, finance, or a related domain.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and solutions to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel and other analytical tools.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strategic Analysis: Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate and strategize across diverse services and supplier landscapes.
  • Negotiation Skills: Familiarity with negotiation and contract management is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all deliverables.

The base salary range for this position is USD 91,000- 132,000 annually , plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays and paid learning days.
