Are you passionate about online reputation management and crisis handling? We’re looking for a dynamic ORM Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, managing, and enhancing the brand’s online presence across digital platforms.
On any given day you might:
Create and implement strategies for building a positive reputation for the brand.
Address real-time negative responses and ensure timely resolutions.
Track and monitor all complaints on social media.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of daily monitoring reports and press release trackers.
Use forums and social media to seed positive content for better ORM.
Provide timely crisis reports, identify trends, and help with strategic direction.
Analyze listening reports, share relevant insights, and update trackers.
Maintain a tight grip on ORM operations.
Escalate issues to relevant stakeholders and manage trackers, send reminders, and close loops with stakeholders.
Prepare and manage multiple reports, working with Excel formulas and other Excel components for accurate data analysis.
Report and coordinate with the Customer Service team to resolve complaints and queries, ensuring that responses are posted on relevant digital channels within TAT.
Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS Reports.
Create presentations, graphs, and analytical reports.
The Ideal Person:
A team player who is flexible and capable of multitasking.
Willing to work in rotational shifts.
Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Able to initiate brand listening across social media, digital, and web platforms.
Excellent command of English with the ability to craft immediate, creative responses.
Knowledgeable about ORM tools and analytics platforms.
You Bring:
2+ years of experience in Online Reputation Management (ORM), Response Management, or a related role.
A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
