WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
You'll report to the Senior Manager – Lifecycle Marketing, as part of the wider Lifecycle & Targeted Communications team. The position will require you to work with a variety of other teams, including Digital Marketing, Brand Creative, Brand Planning, Content Operations, as well as Global, Geo & Territory counterparts. This role requires collaboration across different functions to deliver Nike's member-first approach and digital transformation strategies throughout the EMEA region.

Proven experience in developing and implementing successful Lifecycle Marketing & CRM strategies

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
As the EMEA Lead Professional – Digital Lifecycle Marketing, you'll be responsible for crafting & executing 365 & seasonal lifecycle programming while supporting the development of long-term Lifecycle strategy aligned with Nike's overall growth objectives.
Core Responsibilities:
Lead and optimize Lifecycle communications with EMEA Nike Members to drive member retention
Design always-on-trigger communications and notifications, defining technical requirements & logic for personalized communications
Support seasonal plans through lifecycle-led personalization & omni-channel strategies
Lead day to day management & coaching of a Lifecycle marketing specialist, who will play a key role in executing all Lifecycle programming
Develop Unified O2O (online to offline) member marketing model
Optimize digital product features & anticipate tech releases to enhance member experience
Partner cross-functionally to manage seasonal campaigns & Lifecycle communications
Own critical metrics & performance tracking to measure communication success
Create learning agendas, measurement plans, and share-outs to improve member impact
Collaborate on advancing technical capabilities & Digital Marketing Transformation initiatives
Input into cross-functional teams to advance technical capabilities from a member-led perspective
