Responsibilities: Responsibilities: - Manage new customers through iSolved implementations, ensuring the customer's policies, employee data, payroll, and HR business processes are configured accurately. - Partner with other teams to ensure all customer needs are delivered through an integrated implementation approach. - Monitor the implementation process for potential issues and escalate issues as needed to ensure the customer's needs are met and the implementation process schedule is maintained. - Prepare customers for post-implementation self-sufficiency by delivering iSolved system training as part of the implementation process. - Contribute to the evolution and improvement of the implementation process by providing feedback and sharing ideas that will increase customer satisfaction, drive efficiency or enhance our technical capability. - Build solution, customer and industry knowledge by leveraging the appropriate internal and external resources. - Some travel (less than 10%) may be required. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Skillset: - Software implementation experience, preferably in a SaaS environment. - Demonstrated functional business process knowledge - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Demonstrated proven technical aptitude and capabilities - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including fluency in English - Requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with sensitive information - Demonstrated success in a role requiring exceptional attention to details, teamwork, and initiative - Demonstrated passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience Requirements: - Associates degree or equivalent educational training - 2+ years of experience in HCM implementation or a similar role. - Proficiency in using iSolved or similar HCM software. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. - Experience with data migration and system integration. - Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements related to payroll and HR. - Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team. - Proven customer service orientation and ability to build and maintain client relationships.
