Information Technology Products Owner

Overview:

Wrench Group is seeking a proactive Products Owner to oversee the lifecycle of Wrench Group internally built digital products that leverage Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Azure cloud infrastructure. This role focuses on driving the development, integration, and optimization of internal platforms, ensuring scalability, performance, and seamless collaboration across departments & locations.

What Will I Do?

• Product Ownership:

  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of internally built products, focusing on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Azure.
  • Own the product roadmap, balancing business objectives with technical feasibility and stakeholder needs.

  Roadmap Development:

  • Define and prioritize features based on business value, employee impact, and resource availability.
  • Develop short- and long-term plans that align with organizational goals.

  Technical Guidance and Epics:

  • Write clear and actionable JIRA Epics to guide development teams in implementing new product features and integrations.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure alignment with architectural principles and security standards.

  Platform Integration and Optimization:

  • Oversee the integration of AEM with Azure services and other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and user experience.
  • Identify and implement strategies to optimize product performance, scalability, and reliability.

  Data-Driven Insights:

  • Leverage analytics tools to measure the adoption, efficiency, and performance of internal products.
  • Use insights to inform continuous improvement and innovation.

  Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with IT, HR, and operations teams to understand user needs and translate them into product features.
  • Align development priorities with organizational strategies and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.

  Compliance and Best Practices:

  • Ensure products adhere to industry’s best practices and comply with data governance policies and regulations.

Do I Have What it Takes?

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, or Information Technology).
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, focusing on enterprise-grade platforms.
• 3+ years of experience in trades, home services or related industries.
• Understanding of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Azure cloud services.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Proven ability to manage complex integrations and technical roadmaps.
