✨ What will you be doing?
You are expected to identify improvement opportunities and plan, prepare, execute and assess solutions and, thereby, create value, maximize growth and improve the operational performance through objective advice and processes.
You will need to understand how Finalis operates, conduct analyses, meet with stakeholders for input, identify issues and form effective solutions, prepare proposals and present findings, and implement and project manage recommendations.
You will work with Finalis’ internal- and client-facing teams to understand Finalis’ operations, identify gaps between what Finalis needs to do and its ability to deliver on those needs and deliver solutions to close those gaps across policies, processes and its technological product.
You will develop and contribute to common operating maps to operationalize solutions to policy committees, and plan, prepare, execute and assess cross-team initiatives to deliver results across policy committees. In doing so, you will coordinate seamlessly with Finalis’ stakeholders across teams, in particular the Finalis operations team.
With a view to advancing Finalis’ strategic objectives, you will focus on coordinating processes across Finalis’ policy committees and ensure the planning, preparation and execution of workflows that link policies with Finalis processes and technological product development.
You have to be proactive and effectively marshall internal and external resources with a minimum level of supervision and apply correct and adequate criteria to issues that may arise.
You will report to the Head of Operations.
💬 Who are we looking for?
At least a Bachelor's degree in business, management, engineering, finance or a related field.
Demonstrated relevant experience such as in management consulting, business process management and/or process mapping.
Demonstrated experience relevant to the finance industry is preferred.
Understanding of, and experience with, python, appScript, AWS Cloud is preferred.
A systems-oriented approach to problem solving.
Commercial awareness and understanding of business contexts.
Excellent interpersonal and English language communication skills (written and verbal).
Effective communicator with the ability to clearly verbalize information.
Ability to be a facilitator between stakeholders and across business functions.
Strong ability to work as part of a dynamic and fast-growing team.
Innovative problem-solving, analytical and strategic planning skills.
Flexible personality and the ability to cope with challenges.
