Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do

🔍 Analyze & Profile Healthcare Data

Dive deep into healthcare financial data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy, reliability, and meaningful insights.

⚡ Develop & Automate Reports

Build dynamic reports and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools to visualize trends and key metrics.
Standardize and automate reporting processes to improve efficiency.

🔎 Ensure Data Quality & Integrity

Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data quality issues—because clean data leads to better decisions.

📈 Optimize & Innovate

Streamline workflows and reporting structures, ensuring fast and accurate insights for stakeholders.
Keep documentation up to date to support seamless collaboration across teams.

🤝 Collaborate Across Teams

Work with business leaders, IT, and other data professionals to bridge the gap between data and decision-making.
Be the go-to expert on healthcare financial data, from revenue cycle management to insurance payers and procedure codes.

🚀 Drive Continuous Improvement

Identify opportunities for enhancements in reporting processes, leveraging SQL, data modeling, and BI best practices.

Qualifications:

What You Bring to the Table

✅ 4+ years of experience in Data Analysis, BI Development, or Data Quality
✅ 4+ years of SQL experience (tables, stored procedures, views—you name it!)
✅ 3+ years of experience building reports/dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools)
✅ Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into business insights
✅ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
✅ Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related field

Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, AWS, Azure)
Familiarity with healthcare data governance (HIPAA compliance, security protocols)
Deep understanding of healthcare revenue cycle management (procedure codes, insurance payers, billed charges, allowed amounts)
