Overview

FourthRev is on the lookout for a Digital Marketing Assistant Facilitator with a focus solely on marking and feedback to join our team for a fixed-term contract. Starting mid-March 2025, this role is critical to maintaining the quality of learner assessments and feedback as part of our innovative Digital Marketing courses.

Your Mission

As the Assistant Facilitator (Marking Only), you will report directly to the Delivery Manager and play a vital role in supporting our learners by ensuring thorough and constructive assessment feedback.

Key responsibilities include:

• Completing marking and delivering detailed feedback for 33 assignments per course.
• Collaborating with Lead Success Managers to report on individual learner progress and address any concerns arising during delivery.

Key Deliverables

• Marking Assignments:
• Course 1: 24.75 hours for marking Assessment 1 (Weeks 7-9).
• Course 2: 24.75 hours for marking Assessment 2 (Weeks 7-9).
• Course 3: 24.75 hours for marking Assessment 3 (Weeks 7-9).
• Content Review: Review course content during initial preparation (6 hours per course, totalling 18 hours).
• Any additional assignments beyond the allocated 33 per course will be compensated at £30 per submission.

Requirements

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Extensive experience in Digital Marketing, including campaign strategy, analytics, and modern tools and platforms.
• Demonstrable passion for education and empowering the next generation of digital marketing professionals.
• Prior experience in assessing or grading learner submissions is highly desirable.
• Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines while ensuring high-quality, constructive feedback.
• Flexibility and collaborative skills to adapt to learner needs and team processes.

Terms and Payment

• Contract Duration: 5 months (mid-March 2025 – 4 August 2025).
• Payment:
• £922.50 per course for 30.75 hours of marking and review per course.
• Additional assignments paid at £30 per submission.
• Invoices: Must be sent immediately after each course to our accounts team
