This role isn’t just about content—it’s about performance. You’ll need a deep understanding of social media’s role in customer acquisition, how to scale paid social budgets (£1M+ annually), and how to use attribution models to optimise performance.
You might be brand-side, having led social for a fast-growing company, or agency-side, managing large-scale social campaigns. Either way, you’ll bring the strategic thinking, creative vision, and analytical mindset needed to drive both engagement and conversions.
We’re growing and this role is fast paced so there will occasionally be other tasks you’ll be responsible for that may not be covered by this list.

📜 Relevant Experience: 5+ years in social media marketing, with hands-on experience in both organic and paid social. We’re looking for strong understanding of marketing acquisition, attribution models, and customer journey mapping across social channels.
🛜 Social Media Expert: We need someone with a deep knowledge of content formats, platform algorithms, and creative best practices.Experience with influencer marketing, UGC, and creative production to maximise social impact.
💸 Budget Experience: Proven track record of managing paid social budgets of £1M+ annually.
📈 Data Driven: We need someone who has the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategies
🔑 Confidence: We need someone who is passionate about exceeding expectations and is a confident, results driven self starter.
🌟 Team Work: A collaborative approach is required in this role!
⏱ Organisation: Excellent time management and prioritisation skills. A great communicator is a must!

You will be working and reporting directly into our Head of Brand - Larissa Taciuk and VP of Growth - Lucy Button. You’ll be working within our wider growth and marketing team, alongside our Founders and with the rest of the business.
