Job Description:
Lead or participate in SAP FI-Fund /Grant Management implementation projects, gathering business requirements, configuring the system, and providing guidance on best practices.
Fund/Grant Management: Configure and maintain fund and grant management processes within the SAP FI module, including budgeting, fund and grant commitments, availability control, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Integration: Ensure seamless integration between the SAP FI-Fund Management module and other SAP modules, such as SAP CO (Controlling) and SAP MM (Materials Management).
Having good integration knowledge with SAP PSCD/PR/APGL module Knowledge of SAP APGL/Procurement/Collections/Disbursements.
Budgeting and Planning: Develop and maintain fund budgeting and planning functionalities, enabling financial forecasting and monitoring.
Reporting and Analytics: Generate financial reports and analyses related to fund management, providing stakeholders with real-time insights into fund utilization and compliance.
User Training: Conduct training sessions for end-users and support teams, empowering them to navigate and utilize SAP FI-Fund Management effectively.
Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process enhancement and recommend solutions to improve fund management practice.
