About the Role:
The Learning and Development Team is looking for an agile, creative, and people-focused professional for a Learning Specialist position. We are looking for someone who is driven by a desire to help others grow, has a knack for solving problems, and thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. The Learning Specialist’s main goals will be to design content in support of professional growth programs, as well as support and facilitate new hire onboarding or other sessions. In this role, you will use your instructional design, evaluation, and inclusive and engaging facilitation skills to create and implement learning and development programming to support our remote employees.

You have excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy presenting or speaking in front of others, as well as strong written communication skills. You have experience with project management, program design, and see things through to completion. You are comfortable with continuous improvement of programs and processes and are open to feedback for providing more effective training. You are good at building and maintaining solid, cross-functional relationships with people in different departments, and you have some basic coaching training–or an interest in it. Key Deliverables
Create, deliver and track new hire onboarding programming to focus on aligning business strategy by creating, enabling, and developing impactful programs designed to attract, retain, grow individuals especially during the 1 year tenure at Jumpcloud.Anchor Annual Compliance Training globally for updated content, rollout to all employees and contractors and work with HRCs to track completionCreate differentiated onboarding paths based on career experiences, especially for early career and campus hires.Be the program owner of the global high-potential development program for emerging leaders. This includes content creation/curation, participation management, project tracking, session facilitation, and stakeholder management for high attendance / engagement.Partner with LearnUpon for LMS administration and be a point person within JumpCloud to help to map out learning paths and build courses in our LMS Facilitate virtual sessions for employees related to JumpCloud’s learning events, both presenting material and leading group building exercises, especially in APAC/EMEA.
Learning Support
Collaborate on projects, programs and initiatives with the larger People team, especially the Talent management teamCreate and curate learning content in support of various developmental programs, including leadership, professional development, skills assessments, and company-specific processes/toolsOversee metrics, data analysis and program evaluationHelp with documentation, project management, and organizational tasQualifications:Minimum 7 years of overall experience with past 3 years in Learning and Development, Training, or related roles, preferably in the SaaS environment. Proven knowledge of learning and development best practices, methods, and tools.Proficient in using technology to create and distribute learning content, especially managing LMSExcellent communication and facilitation skills, including experience as an on-site and/or virtual facilitator.Prior experience managing programs and/or projects from conception to completion.Proven ability to manage effectively with ambiguity, manage multiple projects, and prioritize in a rapidly changing environment.

This role is remote in the country of India. You must be located in and authorized to work in India to be considered for this role.
