We are looking for a Revenue Operations & Analytics Specialist to play a key role in improving sales operations, analyzing revenue data, and supporting strategic decision-making. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless processes, accurate reporting, and optimized workflows that enhance business performance.

Responsibilities
Analyze and report on all revenue-related data, including revenue reporting for sales commission payments.
Track and analyze KPIs across the customer lifecycle for internal sales teams and distribution partners (e.g., conversion rates, funnel metrics).
Identify patterns, opportunities, and areas for improvement within sales and revenue data.
Assist in revenue forecasting using historical data, trends, and market insights.
Build and maintain a unified, accurate, and accessible data infrastructure within CRM (Hubspot), PRM (Impartner), and integrated tools (Google Looker Studio, Google Sheets).
Collaborate closely with leadership teams across sales, marketing, product, and finance to provide actionable data insights.
Streamline and optimize workflows across the revenue engine to support growth and expansion.
Develop and refine scalable sales processes such as pipeline management and ARR renewal best practices to drive revenue growth.
Provide ad hoc sales team support, training, and enforcement of new and existing processes (e.g., follow-ups, forecasts, data logging).
Document, present, and maintain process guidelines within a knowledge base.
Manage projects for complex processes involving multiple stakeholders and tools (e.g., order-to-cash process for new recurring software products).
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or equivalent (FH, Handelsmittelschule, or KV)
3-5 years work experience in roles related to data analytics and reporting
Advanced understanding of revenue operations, with a strong interest in sales
Proficiency in excel and/or Google sheet, great with numbers and math
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Business English proficiency
Love for detail and quality, tech savviness working with CRM (preferred Hubspot) and its integrations
Ability to lead and support multi-department projects
Strong business acumen and comfort with presenting to, and establishing relationships internally as well at our distribution partners
Fast learner and well structured, process driven
Plus
Experience with excel macros, google scripts or any basic knowledge with a programming language
