Massive Bio is a rapidly growing health-tech startup founded in 2015 to provide every cancer patient with access to clinical trials regardless of location or financial situation. Our proprietary patient recruitment and enrollment enablement solution for oncology clinical trials solves every point of friction in traditional clinical trial enrollment. Privately held and headquartered in New York, NY our passionate change-making team is looking for an individual who this going to organize Massive Bio’s virtual tumor board specifically focused on clinical trials in the US.
Oncology Event & Clinical Trials Program Manager will be responsible for coordinating and executing physician-focused physical and or virtual roundtable events that allows physicians to collectively prescreen patients for clinical trials through the use of Massive Bio’s AI driven physician prescreening tool which is called Clinical Network. This includes managing pre-event preparations, organizing logistics, sending invitations, facilitating discussions, and providing post-event insights such as feedback summaries and follow-up communications. The events will focus on facilitating discussions around the latest advancements in oncology, it will also provide an opportunity for oncologists to network, exchange experiences, and discuss patient cases that align with trial entry criteria. The ideal candidate will have a strong physician network, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering seamless, impactful events.
Reporting to COO, you will:
Design and execute physical and /or virtual physician roundtables in the US.
Manage all event deliverables from initial planning to execution, ensuring exceptional attendee experiences and high client satisfaction.
Leverage a network of physicians to organize impactful roundtable discussions that promote company initiatives in clinical trials.
Develop detailed event plans, timelines, and budgets implementing cost-saving measures without compromising quality, ensuring alignment with company goals and branding.
Conduct pre-meeting preparations, including site arrangements, and creative planning for event themes, invitations, and online registration platforms
Oversee logistical details, such as catering, venue selection, audiovisual requirements, and banquet event orders.
Act as the primary liaison for internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Work closely with senior executives, third parties, or partners to refine event strategies and execute plans that meet company goals.
Collaborate extensively with speakers, VIP guests, vendors, and company managers to maintain a cohesive and seamless event atmosphere.
Collect and analyze feedback from attendees and stakeholders to evaluate event success.
Prepare detailed reports with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Provide post-event insights including, follow-up emails, attendee feedback analysis, and a comprehensive event performance report to ensure continuous improvement and effectiveness.
Candidate profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Physician Assistant, Business Administration, or a related field.
Established a network of physicians to facilitate roundtable discussions.
Worked deployment of physician workflow and/or care assistance tools is a plus
Knowledge of tumor board set-up and facilitation in oncology is a plus
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Experience with hybrid and virtual event platforms.
Familiarity with corporate branding and marketing strategies.
Will be able to travel occasionally and have flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on event schedules.
High level of speaking, writing, and understanding proficiency in English.
Living in Colombia, Brazil or Peru.
