Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Medical Records Specialist to join our team at CoreBridge Solutions. You will be tasked with managing and procuring medical records for a prominent Personal Injury Law Firm based in Beverly Hills, working remotely from the Philippines. Your role will involve navigating the complexities of medical records, maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations, and organizing records for easy access and retrieval to support complex litigation effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Organize and maintain medical records for easy retrieval, maintain confidentiality, and adhere to legal standards pertinent to personal injury cases.
Review records for completeness and accuracy, meeting U.S. healthcare and legal regulations.
Efficiently manage patient information updates in EHR systems, handling digital and physical files.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals and legal teams to collect and review medical data critical for client cases.
Ensure timely access to comprehensive patient records for healthcare providers and legal stakeholders.
Uphold strict confidentiality and compliance with U.S. legal standards in medical record handling.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management or a related medical field.
Proven experience as a Medical Records Specialist, particularly in U.S. law firm environments handling personal injury cases.
Mandatory proficiency in Filevine software, extensively used by our law firm clients.
Comprehensive knowledge of medical terminology and processes, with specific expertise in personal injury law.
Demonstrated expertise in using EHR systems and medical software.
Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills with a commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and data security.

What We Offer
