Key Responsibilities:

Conduct daily sales calls utilizing our large database of warm leads.
Assess the financial needs of members and communicate the value of supplemental benefits products.
Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring member satisfaction and retention.
Maintain consistent communication with members throughout the application process, providing updates, addressing concerns, and offering assistance.
Provide ongoing support post-policy issuance, including policy reviews, beneficiary updates, and claims assistance.
Comply with all regulatory requirements and ethical standards related to life insurance sales and servicing.

Qualifications:

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with computers, along with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Prior sales experience is highly preferred.
Ability to obtain a life insurance license.
A competitive drive for success, combined with excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
Receptive to coaching, with the ability to apply constructive feedback effectively.
Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
