Responsibilities

Manage and reconcile financial transactions with precision and attention to detail
Process invoices and receipts efficiently, adapting to both digital and paper-based systems
Perform regular account reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy
Contribute to financial reporting processes, providing valuable insights for decision-making
Organize and maintain financial documents using both electronic and traditional filing systems
Utilize cutting-edge bookkeeping software to streamline financial operations
Collaborate with clients and team members to ensure timely and accurate financial record-keeping
Adapt bookkeeping practices to meet the unique needs of each client
Stay updated on bookkeeping best practices and software advancements

Requirements

1-3 years of hands-on bookkeeping experience, demonstrating growth and adaptability
Proficiency in popular bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks Online, MYOB, or Xero
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high levels of accuracy
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective remote collaboration
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
Adaptability to handle various client needs and financial document formats
Commitment to confidentiality and data security in handling sensitive financial information
Eagerness to learn and grow within a dynamic and expanding consultancy firm
