This is a remote position.

Job Highlights: 
Contract: Independent Contractor
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST with a 30-minute paid break

About Us

We are a Canadian sales agency founded by two B2B SaaS sales professionals with over 10 years of experience, having worked at companies like IBM, Oracle, and Shopify. Our consulting practice helps companies execute cold calling campaigns over 2-3 month-long projects. Due to rapid growth and high demand for our services, we are expanding our team and seeking an experienced offshore Appointment Setter to support our sales efforts.

Responsibilities
  • Make 300 outbound calls per day using the provided tools (Orum).
  • Follow a structured script to engage prospects and schedule appointments.
  • Handle objections professionally and refine call approach based on feedback.
  • Record all calls for quality assurance and training purposes.
  • Update and maintain accurate records of call outcomes in the CRM.
  • Work within Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) to maximize client availability.
  • Participate in light training sessions and coaching to improve performance.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of telemarketing experience, specifically in cold calling.
  • B2B and SaaS experience is preferred.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed call volume and conversion targets.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Familiarity with sales scripts and objection handling techniques.
  • Experience working with dialer tools (e.g., Orum) and CRM systems.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently.
  • High-speed internet connection and a quiet work environment.
