Job description

Skilled and organised Virtual Assistant needed to support two financial planning professionals, a husband and wife team, who work from home and have a client base of approximately 180 individuals. This is a part-time, independent contracting role and will require approximately 4 hours of work per day. This is a remote role, however, candidates must be based in Cape Town as there will be occasional meetings (Northern Suburbs, once a week or once biweekly). The role will primarily involve assisting with administrative tasks, data capturing, CRM updates, and managing personal portfolios. 


Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to both professionals by managing schedules and coordinating meetings.
  • Update and maintain client records in the CRM system.
  • Data capturing and updating personal portfolios, ensuring all client information is up-to-date and accurately recorded.
  • Manage and update life insurance and investment portfolios for clients.
  • Assist with regular tracking and reporting on investment performance and life insurance policies.
  • Ensure that client information is well-organised and accessible at all times.
  • Provide remote support during client meetings as needed (with occasional Cape Town-based meetings).
  • Provide administrative assistance with client queries or follow-ups, ensuring excellent client service and communication.


Requirements
  • Strong background in financial services, life insurance and/or investment management.
  • Proficient in CRM software and data capturing techniques.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.Prior experience supporting professionals in the financial or holistic planning industry is preferred.


Benefits

Salary: R 200
