Lowe’s Pro Supply is a wholly owned subsidiary of Lowe’s Companies Inc primarily focused on serving the multi-family property management industry with maintenance, repair, and operating supplies. The business is experiencing rapid expansion and we are seeking a Payment Services Rep. The Payment Services Representative is primarily responsible for posting payments, adjustments, refunds, and correspondence with customers. Their duties include cash application, processing credit card transactions, and accounts receivables.
• Responsible for the reconciliation of overpayments, misapplications, and unapplied cash transactions, as well as, cash application for “exception” items and processing credit card payments to achieve or exceed at performance expectations
• Maintain and ensure all key reports, journals and documents are accurately labeled, scanned and stored for permanent records each month
• Partner closely with all internal and external stakeholder, maintaining excellent communication
• Post and log branch deposits, ACH/Wire Transfers
• Handle data entry and general clerical tasks
• Process check requests and verify all rejected checks have been rescanned for processing
• Post CenPos customer service transactions
• Other duties, as assigned
Pay Range: $16.42 - $27.42 per hour
