We have huge digital ambition implementing state of the art technology to achieve our objective. You will be part of the Solution Analyst chapter. Assigned to a tribe, you will define the digital specific solution to be implemented by the different squads of the tribes. You will be working with the product owners to define the high-level solution and supporting the squads analysts refining the solution to be implemented by the development team of the squad.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent or able to provide similar work experience.
Good understanding of the business processes and best practices within the BSS/CRM domain
Proven track record of senior-level work experience as a solution or integration architect in customer-facing project environments
Experience with modelling and visuilization tools, BPMN modelling, Sequence and Data Flow diagrams, UML Modelling
Experience in scoping, requirements analysis, identifying use case and user journeys for both functional and non functional needs
Experience in documenting both client-user stories and technical constraints/requirements in detail
Experience in HLD and LLD preparation, integration and data flow diagrams, able to design POCs, prepare SOW
Experience and knowledge of cloud computing.
Experience and knowledge on integration protocols, designing or managing APIs (Rest, SOAP)
Has overall idea on open architecture and TMForum (ODA, ETom)
Certificates to demonstrate knowledge and competency
Proficiency in verbal and written English
