Our exclusive partnership with PokerStars (the world’s largest poker site) has propelled our debut game (Vegas Infinite) to become one of the most popular multiplayer games in VR and beyond.

Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Producer to join our team. You’ll be stepping into a fast-paced and exciting environment where you’ll help own multiple initiatives from day one. If you thrive in ambiguity, love solving problems, being very hands on with your work, and can balance strategic thinking with tactical execution, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed feature requirements and strategic roadmaps for multiple initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals
• Define and prioritize feature requirements, working closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders
• Quantify and test your product hypothesis and feature roadmap, and make sure it aligns with strategic company goals
• Execute projects with minimal oversight, driving initiatives from ideation to launch
• Prioritize work across competing demands while keeping teams focused and aligned
• Track and measure product success using data-driven decision-making
• Communicate product vision, strategy, and updates effectively across the organization
• Use JIRA (or whatever works best) to manage tasks, track progress, and eliminate blockers

Requirements

• Experience owning and shipping products in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
• Experience in Consulting/Product Management/Banking is an asset
• Ability to operate with little direction and thrive in ambiguity
• Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to influence stakeholders across teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a bias for action
• Experience juggling multiple priorities and delivering under tight deadlines
• Experience in building business cases and product roadmaps across a wide variety of industries
• Experience working on highly technical products is strongly preferred
• Conceptualized and shipped mass market products
• Experience working in AR/VR projects is a plus

• Ability to onboard and work remotely
