You should be keen on clean and artful design and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, creating beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.

What You'll Do

• Work together with product management and engineering to build innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience
• Participate in all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
• Develop original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks
• Prepare wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
• Discuss designs and key milestone deliverables with peers and executive level stakeholders
• Perform user research and evaluate user feedback
• Set design guidelines, best practices, and standards
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
• Manage and contribute to design system to ensure visual and experience consistency
• Ability to present and document design processes for stakeholder evaluation

What You Need to Qualify

• Graduate of a bachelor’s degree in design or IT
• Proficient in wire-framing & comfortable producing concept sketches and user flows
• Must have a passion for UX and UI design
• A personal portfolio that demonstrates the UX process
• Experienced in user research and usability testing would be a bonus
• Experience with web and responsive design
• Strong English communication skills
• Willing to work on a night shift
• Amenable to work on a remote set up & office based set up
• Has a stable postpaid internet connection at home with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps
