~10-20% travel - occasional travel depending on the needs of project. Travel is typically to St. Louis or Tampa but could be other locations including to our health plans. It would require overnight stays.
Position Purpose: With the (PHCO)Population Health and Clinical Operations PMO team, you will support the Duals Integration program which is one of the top priorities in the organization. This is a 3-year implementation through 2028.
- Manage program documentation end to end including creation and management of multiple project plans, risk and issues log, decision log, and workstream charters.
- Standup and lead workstream meetings
- Identify, escalate, and resolve risks and issues
- Coach and mentor other project managers assigned to the program (matrix, not a direct reporting structure)
- Communicate status of projects and escalate any risks or issues both written and verbal
- Negotiate and influence stakeholders to meet the needs of the program
Required Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience. 8+ years of project management experience with departmental specific projects. Previous experience as a lead in a functional area, managing cross functional teams on large scale projects or supervisory experience including hiring, training, assigning work and managing the performance of staff. Proficient with MS-Office applications. Healthcare and managed care experience preferred. Understanding of Agile methodology is preferred.

Project management planning tools (i.e. Smartsheet, Planview) and Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
Build relationships at all levels of the organization within PHCO and cross-functionally
Communicate and present to various audiences including executive level stakeholders
Ability to lead and influence workgroups that don’t directly report to them (matrix environment)

Pay Range: $105,600.00 - $195,400.00 per year
