Job description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our Digital Transformation Architecture team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Product Development Team to analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and support the systems implementation of digital transformation initiatives. This role requires a sense of urgency, a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business objectives and project requirements.

  • Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

  • Gather and document business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.

  • Develop and maintain process maps, workflows, and other documentation to support project initiatives.

  • Assist in the design and implementation of digital transformation solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.

  • Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to gather input and feedback.

  • Perform data analysis to support decision-making and identify trends and insights.

  • Create and deliver presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

  • Support the development and execution of test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of implemented solutions.

  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the Senior Product Manager and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in a business analyst role, preferably within a digital transformation or technology environment.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Visio, JIRA, Confluence).

  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Display sense of urgency to resolve prioritized activities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Knowledge of digital transformation trends and technologies.

  • Certification in business analysis is a plus.

Expected Salary: $75,000 - 105,000 annually.

The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for this position. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, the geographic market of that location, candidate's skill set, level of experience, education and internal peer compensation comparisons among other potential factors.

Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship to obtain or keep U.S. work authorization.
