About the Team

GOAT Group is seeking a Senior Merchandiser to support the Digital Merchandising team in ensuring a best-in-class customer experience. The right Senior Merchandiser will have a technical and detail-oriented mindset, an ability to quickly learn internal tools and systems, a dedication to perfecting customer experiences and a deep interest in sneakers and fashion.

The Senior Merchandiser will work across multiple brands and channels, with a focus on our search and browse experience on app and web. The position will work cross-functionally with the Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to iterate on internal tools, optimize customer search flows and stay ahead of on- and off-site trends.

In this role you will:

Be responsible for the strategy and upkeep of our search and browse experience
Closely monitor and optimize the quality of the customer experience across multiple platforms
Become the subject matter expert in our search tools and processes
Partner with the existing merchandising team to drive improvements to the search experience and tools
Own reporting for on-site sneaker and apparel trends and performance
Partner with our SEO team on tracking off-site trends and optimizing search flows

We are looking for:

Bachelor’s degree
4-6 years of experience in digital merchandising or related field
Strong analytical skills, with an ability to present data clearly
Keen attention to detail and a technical mindset
Strong cross-functional communication and problem-solving skills
Understanding of retail e-commerce
Ability to quickly learn internal systems
Proven ability to function well in a collaborative environment
Proficiency in SQL a plus

The hiring range for this position is below, plus benefits (401K, paid time off, dental, medical, vision, disability, life insurance options). To determine starting pay within the hiring range, we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location, role/level, a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. $81,500—$102,000 USD
