Job description

Evolve Security | Service Delivery Manager (Project Manager)

We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join our Projects & Accounts Team. As a Service Delivery Manager with Evolve Security, you will serve as the main point of contact for a variety of SMB clients and be intricately involved in all projects associated with your clients.  This role will work closely with the project coordinator, security engineers, and business development associates to assist our team with managing clients and their respective engagements, and delivering projects that exceed our clients’ expectations.  Successful candidates will be highly organized individuals with excellent communication and relationship building skills with an interest in technology and information security. 

Responsibilities include: 

  • Manage project plans to deliver Evolve Security’s services to our clients based on the requirements defined in the Statement of Work. 
  • Manage client expectations and project scope closely. 
  • Develop communication plans including status reporting frequency, format and approach. 
  • Transparently communicate project status to internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Work collaboratively with the Projects & Accounts Team to effectively apply and enhance Evolve Security’s project management process and define and enhance project quality standards. 
  • Provide value to the Projects & Accounts team by identifying opportunities to improve processes. 
  • Develop lasting relationships with customer personnel that foster additional opportunities. 
  • Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen customer relationships. 

Requirements

Preferred Experience & Ambition: 

  • Experience in conducting project meetings and building relationships 
  • Exceptional oral and written skills  
  • 3+ years' experience in account and project management 
  • Enjoy working with a variety of clients and developing understanding of their businesses 
  • Confidence to work directly with client C-Suite  
  • Microsoft Dynamics experience is preferred 
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States 

 

Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000
