Job description

As our Phone Sales Superstar for India, you will have full access to our backoffice, enabling you to monitor newly registered, inactive, and potential VIP players daily. Your mission is to initiate proactive phone and Telegram interactions, drive First Time Deposit (FTD) conversions, and boost deposit amounts while enhancing overall Net Revenue.

 

These are your responsibilities:
  • Daily review of player segments (new, inactive, potential VIPs) via backoffice.
  • Engage players through phone calls and live chat on Telegram, building strong relationships.
  • Motivate inactive and newly registered players to deposit and play.
  • Collaborate with departments (Payments, CRM, VIP, Affiliate) to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Assist with account verifications and resolve common issues like deposit/withdrawal delays and bonus queries.
  • Provide regular updates on performance metrics and suggest process improvements.

  • Passion for iGaming and an affinity for sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • A proactive, energetic, and can-do attitude with a strong problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple interactions simultaneously while maintaining high service levels.
  • Familiarity with sports and casino betting terminology is a plus.

2. Psychometric testing

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to participate in two psychometric tests. These tests are designed to assess various aspects such as cognitive abilities, personality traits, and aptitude relevant to the role.

Interviews will be conducted by members of the Multiverse team, including the hiring manager and relevant stakeholders.
