The Production IT Delivery Coordinator is responsible for:

Responsibilities:

Track progress and make adjustments as needed to keep the delivery on track.
Coordinate Commissioning new production environments.
Coordinate Decommission old production environments.
Coordinate planned production environment maintenance (for DB, network, hardware, OS, patching, upgrading, etc).
Coordinate planned shardings for environments - connections/migrations.
Coordinate Dev/Staging/load test environments - allocation and creation.
Periodical environments utilization review.
Review AWS, IBM cloud, GCP cost utilization reports.
Work with Prod-IT inventory.
Coordinate Production IT budgets with finance department.
Communicate with stakeholders, including team members, vendors, and other stakeholders, to ensure that everyone is informed about the progress of the delivery.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a field such as computer science, engineering, business, or a related discipline.
5+ years of professional experience in a delivery management or project management role.
Strong understanding of project management principles.
Basic knowledge of modern IT technologies. Networks, cloud computing, Linux operating systems, servers’ hardware.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to clearly convey messages in written and oral form (in English).
Upper Intermediate level of English or higher.
