Job description

We are seeking a UX/UI Product Designer who is driven by a deep understanding of the purpose and goals behind every design decision. At TUI Musement, you'll collaborate closely with product designers, managers, developers, researchers, and other stakeholders to craft user-centered designs that not only look great but also solve real problems.

Your role will involve exploring diverse solutions and delivering exceptional web and app experiences that resonate with our users. We value a designer who can balance aesthetics with functionality, and who prioritizes understanding user needs and business objectives before defining features. An eye for clean, intuitive, and functional interfaces is essential, along with the ability to create designs that enhance the overall user experience.

  • Application Closing Date: 20/02/2025 (Please note that due to a high number of applications we might need to close the role earlier than the application closing date - so don't delay!)

ABOUT OUR OFFER

  • Personal benefits: Attractive remuneration, bonus opportunity, exclusive travel perks & discounts, extensive health & wellbeing support, and more.
  • Flexible working: Work is something you do, not somewhere you go. We encourage a healthy work-life balance and offer hybrid or remote working models.
  • A career to shape: Opportunities to upskill, reskill and grow your career. Access the TUI Tech Learning Hub to level-up and reach your ambitions.
  • Expand your horizons: Participate in our tech communities and collaborate on global projects and teams.
  • Community: Get involved with incredible local charity and sustainability initiatives like the TUI Care Foundation and the Sustainable Tech Community.

ABOUT THE JOB

As a Midweight UX Designer, you will play a key role in crafting exceptional digital products by:

  • Designing end-to-end solutions: Create wireframes, user flows, information architecture, and prototypes, along with high-fidelity UI mockups that align with project and business goals.
  • Collaborating from discovery to delivery: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design solutions deliver maximum value to users and align with technical feasibility.
  • Data-driven iteration: Manage feedback and refine designs through a data-driven approach, incorporating insights from user research, analytics tools, and A/B testing.
  • Ensuring a smooth design-to-development transition: Oversee and support the implementation of your designs to ensure they are accurately translated into high-quality products.
  • Participating in user research: Engage in activities such as user interviews, usability testing, and surveys to inform and validate your design decisions.
  • Developing analytical frameworks: Independently create user journey maps, service blueprints, and user flows to provide a comprehensive understanding of user interactions and touchpoints.
  • Participating in co-design activities: Contribute to workshops, co-design sessions, and ideation processes to ensure user insights are incorporated throughout the design lifecycle.
  • Maintaining style guides and design systems: Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of the design system by creating, updating, and applying reusable components and patterns.
  • Maintaining research standards: Help build and refine a scalable and consistent research framework, sharing best practices and fostering collaboration within the team.
  • Championing brand consistency: Ensure that all interfaces reflect Musement and TUI brand identities across B2C, B2B, and B2B2C platforms, maintaining consistency and coherence.
