Job description

We are looking for an Outsourcing Producer who is adept at managing external development pipelines, skilled at vendor coordination, and proactive in identifying and resolving production challenges to join our operations team.

Strong project management skills are essential, along with knowledge of game production and outsourcing workflows. The ability to track multiple projects, anticipate risks, and streamline external production processes will be key to your success in this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage relationships with external development and outsourcing partners, ensuring clear communication and efficient production workflows.
  • Oversee development schedules, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results while maintaining alignment with project milestones.
  • Track and manage outsource production pipelines, identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities for process improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide necessary documentation, references, and briefs for outsourced work.
  • Ensure all outsourced work meets project requirements and maintain consistency with internal quality standards.
  • Work with builder teams to coordinate internal reviews and approvals for externally developed content.
  • Utilize Jira (and other scheduling tools) to manage tasks, track progress, and optimize workflows.
  • Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and expenditures, identifying cost-saving opportunities and improving efficiency.
  • (Plus) Assist with contract management, vendor evaluations, statements of work (SoWs), and invoice tracking as needed.

  • REQUIREMENTS
  • 4+ years of experience in game production and outsourcing within the gaming industry (or relevant software industry).
  • Strong understanding of production pipelines, scheduling, and dependencies
  • Proficiency in Jira 
  • Experience with financial tracking tools such as Zip, invoicing systems, and budget management is a plus.
  • Experience coordinating external teams and managing outsourcing workflows.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, ensuring smooth collaboration between internal and external teams.
