Position Overview:

As an essential team member on the content operation team, the Content Production Specialist will be responsible for the launch of new content in various formats across various platforms for Colibri’s healthcare professions accurately and on time. The Content Production Specialist will also assist with customer inquiries as it relates to content questions. This position is responsible for sending and receiving contracts and accounting paperwork for all new subject matter experts according to our guidelines.

This individual will report to the Senior Manager, Learning Operations and will be a key member of the Operational team. This role offers a tremendous growth opportunity for a conscientious, organized, proactive individual who can help lead our fast-growing Healthcare content library production operation. 

What You'll Do
  • Audit all new course releases to ensure all key data points are accurate prior to release to the content management team and regulatory team.
  • Set up and maintain monthly webinars.
  • Set up new content items in all applicable platforms with an error rate of <3%.
  • Prepare and release courses to Content Management team for online setup.
  • Prepare and release courses to regulatory team.
  • Process invoices in IPayables for vendors/planners/webinar speakers.
  • Provide support in solving customer content cases and work with the content development managers.
  • Prepare and send contracts via Adobe Sign.
  • Assist with submitting courses for copy editing and formatting.
  • Assist when needed with the Massage Therapists pilot panel to complete time studies for TOG/Correspondence massage courses to inform CE Hour Calculations for NCBTMB approval.
  • Assist with running plagiarism analysis on new and revised courses.
  • Update project information in Monday.com
  • Identify opportunities for process and workflow improvements and cost savings. 
  • Responsible for maintaining and ensuring our Content Library filing system is accurate and up to date with consistent naming conventions, files and file structure.
  • Review, update and create SOP for all Learning Operation processes. 
  • Perform quality checks for all new released content, including descriptions and course functionality. 
  • Complete other duties and special projects as assigned. 

  • What You'll Need to Succeed
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; applicable experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. 
  • Minimum two (2) years in a project management, content production, editorial, accreditation, management, or similar role. 
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with project management software preferred (Monday.com).   
  • Demonstrated history of excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines. 
  • Process-oriented thinker who has a track record of seeking out process improvement opportunities.  
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Previous experience using AI preferred.
  • Track record of approaching projects and tasks with a sense of ownership.
