We're looking for a mission-driven, product-minded Front-End Staff Software Engineer to work on prescriptive analytics products that maximize healthcare capacity and improve patient access at hospitals. WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Collaborate with PM, Engineering and Design to develop thoughtful front-end functionality for prescriptive analytics products
  • Lead and drive projects to completion in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Produce clean TDD-friendly front-end code  
  • Be a hands-on contributor, writing code across the stack
  • Improve front-end architecture and code base  
  • Champion technical excellence through design reviews, test coverage, optimization, and proactive tech debt reduction
  • Mentor other engineers on the team and provide technical guidance for improvements

  • WHAT YOU’LL BRING
  • Expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Angular
  • Experience in backend development (e.g. Java or Python and a relational database like MySQL)
  • 7+ years of experience building and deploying production-ready RESTful web services in a cloud environment (e.g. AWS or GCP)
  • A get-things-done attitude fueled by curiosity, passion, and a knack for creative problem-solving
  • Strong UI design expertise and a track record of shipping high-quality products
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Expertise in a backend language (Java or Python)
  • Experience building healthcare products
  • Experience building and utilizing design libraries and NgRx for state management
  • Deep familiarity with AWS technologies
  • Two-way data integrations with third party sources of truth
