About the position:
The Rotation Sales Specialist or “Advisor” is the first point of contact for prospective customers. They are responsible for advising and encouraging trainees to register for AMO experiences. Advisors are responsible for building their sales pipeline and processes from discovery to close. The Advisor will work across a variety of channels to connect with the potential visitor and provide the highest level of customer service. Advisors also partner with multiple departments to increase lead capacity through social channels and country or partner specific presentations.
While this position can be fully remote, we are looking for candidates to be residents of Illinois, Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, New York, Florida, or Alabama only.
Essential Functions:
Monitor and respond to emails, messages, phone calls, and texts of customers in a culturally sensitive manner
Develop, maintain, and build a customer base on an existing platform including but not limited to HubSpot, WhatsApp, and Zoom
Identify customer trends, provide feedback to management on customer preferences, demand, and pain points
Skills:
Be upbeat, driven, intelligent, well-organized, and articulate
Demonstrate an understanding of customer service regarding accommodation, politeness, helpfulness, trust-building, appropriate boundaries, and flexibility over phone, email, text and live chat platforms
Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, ability to prioritize effectively, multi-task and meet deadlines
Takes ownership of problems, has the ability to brainstorm different problem resolution paths, uses sound judgment in selecting solutions to problems, and demonstrates consistent follow-through
Education/Experience:
What You Gain:
- Compensation for this role is a combination of salary and commissions. $45,000 to $50,000 base salary annually, and commission structure tied to the achievement of KPIs and revenue goals.
