What’s the opportunity?

We are running the recruiting process for a position in our Corporate Development team focused on Investor Relations, being responsible for preparing investor materials, analyzing peers and market trends, and communicating with investors to ensure they have a clear understanding of the company’s financial performance and strategic direction.



What will I be doing?
  • Assist in the preparation of regulatory documents, quarterly and annual financial reports, earnings releases, and investor presentations.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and disclosure obligations.
  • Analyze financial statements, market trends, competitor performance, and industry data.
  • Monitor and report on the company’s stock performance and market conditions.
  • Respond to investor inquiries.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating investor meetings and conference calls.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, legal, and communications, to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with corporate goals.
  • Deep learning of the global Fintech market, especially in the Payments Industry.

  • What skills do I need?
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or similar disciplines
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Keen and fast learner
  • Expert in creating financial models in Excel, graph,s and PowerPoint presentations or similar tools
  • Impeccable attention to details
  • Knowledge and understanding of accounting and corporate finance
  • Excellent business writing and communication skills
  • Self-starter, curious who enjoys an entrepreneurial environment
  • Fluent in English
