As our HR Generalist, you’ll be at the heart of our Human Resources department, supporting the team in employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, benefits, and more! Reporting to the HR Director, you will play a key role in partnering with managers to create a supportive, dynamic work environment.

Location: Remote (Corporate Office in San Antonio, TX)

FLSA: Salaried, Exempt

Travel Required per Business Needs


What You’ll Bring to the Table:

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of HR Generalist experience.
  • Strong expertise in employee relations.
  • Professional HR certifications (PHR, SPHR) a plus!
  • Deep knowledge of employment law, along with proficiency in HR software, databases, and office tools.
  • A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor with exceptional communication skills.
  • A strong desire to drive change, solve problems, and create lasting positive impacts.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

💼 Be the Go-To HR Expert:

  • Offer guidance on a wide range of employment matters (ADA, FMLA, FLSA, harassment, and more).
  • Provide support in performance management, coaching, and feedback for managers.
  • Lead employee relations efforts, including conflict resolution and dispute management.
  • Assist with various HR processes, including Leave of Absence, performance assessments, and benefit programs.
  • Actively contribute to shaping a workplace culture that promotes growth and performance.
  • Handle sensitive HR investigations with discretion and professionalism.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding, manage records, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
