Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst (Power BI) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, reporting, and visualization, with expertise in Power BI. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop insightful dashboards, and provide data-driven recommendations to support business decision-making. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating scalable data solutions, optimizing reporting performance, and ensuring data accuracy.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into actionable insights
- Extract, clean, and transform data from multiple sources for reporting and analysis
- Optimize Power BI dashboards for performance and usability
- Create and manage data connections, measures, and calculations using DAX and Power Query
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security across all reporting solutions
- Conduct ad hoc analysis and provide data-driven recommendations to support business strategy
- Train end-users and provide documentation on Power BI reports and dashboards
- Work with IT and data teams to improve data infrastructure and ensure seamless data integration
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a similar role
- Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and report development
- Strong SQL skills for querying and data extraction
- Experience working with relational databases and data warehousing concepts
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain data insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Azure Synapse, SQL Server, or other cloud-based data solutions
- Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis
- Knowledge of data governance, data modeling, and best practices in business intelligence
- Power BI certification (e.g., PL-300: Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst) is a plus
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and project management tools
